My role involves providing support to the third sector in North Lanarkshire. Areas of support include: compliance, recruitment, and assistance with monitoring and systems. 

I am part of the Future Jobs Fund Implementation Team, which consists of CVS North Lanarkshire, North Lanarkshire Council, Routes To Work and Job Centre Plus.

North Lanarkshire's Consortium bid was successful in securing 390 employment opportunities throughout North Lanarkshire (300 for 18-24 year olds and 90 for those living in Hot Spot areas). This first bid covers October 2009 to March 2010.

It is anticipated that a second bid will be submitted early 2010 which will cover employment opportunities from April to September 2010.

This is an excellent opportunity for both individuals and organisations.
