If your organisation is looking for a small-to-medium meeting space, CVS North Lanarkshire can offer the use of the Mavisbank Boardroom at their offices in Stirling House.

The room seats 20 conference-style or 15 boardroom-style, and is equipped with data projector, screen, and wireless internet access.

Rates for third sector organisations

  • per hour: £6.00
  • half day: £20.00
  • full day: £40.00

  • evening hire: £10.00 plus £6.00 per hour

Hospitality costs

  • Tea / coffee: £0.50 per delegate
  • Tea / coffee / biscuits: £1.00 per delegate
  • Buffet lunch: various options

Additional charges

  • Digital projector: £15.00
  • Laptop: £15.00
  • Flipchart: £5.00
  • OHP: £5.00
